Email from your account address. For anything related to your account, purchases, refunds, or personal data, you must email us from the address registered to your UnlockedEditor account. Messages sent from unrelated addresses can't be verified and will be turned away.
Please Note: Payment adjustments, account issues, or personal data queries cannot be handled over Discord or other public/informal channels for security and privacy reasons.
